Many Holden owners already know just how good the Delco engine system is when fitted with the Kalmaker tuning upgrade. From the perspective of budget performance in particular, the Delco- Kalmaker package is hard to beat and a properly set up system, on even wildly modified engines, can produce very good results.

This is why Paramount Automotive Performance highly recommends Kalmaker reprogramming to its customers over other after market engine management systems available on the market today.

Re-mapping is done on our Dyno Dynamics Dyno in conjunction with our laptop using Kalmaker software to reprogram your existing Delco computer. Through the Kalmaker system, not only can the fuel and ignition maps be altered, by the actual programming of the computer's drivers and controllers can be setup to perform different functions.

Options such as boost control and water injection can be controlled by the ECU in relation to operating parameters. As the Delco uses a MAP sensor, it frees up the air -intake system.

Your Automatic Transmission can also be remapped so in economy mode your vehicle is set up to "cruise" nice and smooth. However, by pushing the POWER button your transmission has been remapped to "Full manual" ready to race and shift hard.

This is why simply plugging a mass produced chip into your computer is not the answer. Kalmaker enables your computer to be remapped to suit the INDIVIDUAL needs of your vehicles modifications.

Delco systems are used on all GM- based engines, but that does not mean they cannot be adapted to to others with excellent results.
